Three senior practitioners. One shared track record.
We stay small deliberately. It means you always work with the people who actually know the subject — not account managers or junior staff. Every engagement is led by a partner.
Background
Markus's career started at one of the world's most demanding product engineering organisations — a global telecommunications equipment manufacturer — where he built CAD, FEA and PDM systems from the ground up across three separate engineering domains: mechanical design, electrical design and simulation.
The simulation work went particularly deep. Markus designed and implemented a virtual build platform that enabled multidisciplinary simulation — drop test, acoustics, thermal, Moldflow and EMC — connected to a live product data backbone.
Alongside the system-building work, Markus led the strategic relationship between the company and its core engineering software vendors — Dassault Systèmes, Zuken and MSC Software — shaping enterprise engineering software direction at the level of vendor roadmaps and platform strategy.
Since then he has led PLM, ERP, CPQ, BIM, system landscape, service portfolio and cloud data platform programmes across the heaviest industries in Finland and Europe — spanning shipbuilding, marine & energy, pulp & paper, mining & aggregates, industrial automation and telecommunications.
He is the author of Beyond the BOM — A Federation Architecture for Complex Engineering Data (2026), which distils that experience into a practical architecture for connecting engineering information across existing PLM, ERP and simulation systems.

Background
Henry has been building enterprise integrations and PLM systems since before most organisations had a clear idea of why they needed them. He was among the first to implement eMatrix PDM in Finland — the platform that became MatrixOne and evolved into ENOVIA.
He brought Boomi to Finland and built the Finnish integration practice around it, establishing both the technical capability and the delivery approach for iPaaS-based enterprise integration in the Nordic market before it became a standard offering.
Henry has designed and delivered hundreds of enterprise integrations across PLM, ERP, MES, CPQ and CRM landscapes. He also brings ERP architecture, BIM programme experience, system landscape design and cloud data platform work across major European manufacturers in shipbuilding, marine & energy, industrial automation, mining & aggregates and process industries.

Background
Teemu is a senior PLM practitioner with a specialism that very few consultants in Europe can match: the full marine engineering software stack in a live shipyard environment. He led the PLM implementation at one of Europe's largest shipyards — a programme spanning PLM, manufacturing systems, BIM and architecture.
Teemu is the go-to expert on Cadmatic — including their next-generation Wave platform — and equally the specialist for Aveva Nestix, the production planning and nesting system used in modern shipyards. He also brings Autodesk Fusion 360, Construction Cloud and Navisworks experience from the same programme.
Beyond the marine sector, Teemu contributes PLM implementation and architecture work to a wider range of engagements, and brings cloud data platform experience from a major marine & energy manufacturer across AWS, Databricks and Azure.
What he has worked on
Teemu has delivered PLM, manufacturing systems, BIM, architecture and document management programmes at major manufacturers in shipbuilding, marine & energy, industrial automation and defence. His shipbuilding work is particularly deep — covering PLM implementation, manufacturing execution, BIM delivery and a full document management system migration from Kronodoc to Cadmatic Wave. He has also worked on Catia and ENOVIA implementations at a major naval manufacturer, and contributed PLM and architecture work across further industrial engagements. His cloud data platform experience spans AWS, Databricks and Azure.

Beyond the BOM
Markus Harmaavirta's book distils three decades of engineering-data architecture into a practical federation architecture — seven missing primitives, implemented as managed objects within the PLM, ERP and simulation systems you already run, rather than replacing them. Published by Intuitio.

We work best with teams who want a senior partner, not a project team.
